RATs running routes
Listed below are some routes if you need inspiration for your runs.
The .gpx files can be loaded into Google Earth,
mapping software and some phones and GPS units.
Note: Right-click a .gpx link to choose to download the file;
left-clicking will normally just open it as a text file.
To open .gpx files in Google Earth after downloading them:
1) Start Google Earth
2) Go to 'file', 'open' and then in the drop down box in the lower right hand
corner change the file type from 'Google Earth' to 'GPS'.
You should now be able to open the file from wherever you saved it.
Rats Hut, Upton, Kingshill, Stratton
6 miles loop on tarmac, unlit for part of the way and some single track lanes.
Hilly with steady descent at the end.

Duckpool to Morwenstow Loop
11.5 miles mostly off road on steep muddy paths and tracks.
Short section of cliff path.
One for the mud lovers and not for the faint hearted!

Duckpool - Morwenstow Coastal loop
8 miles miles mostly off road on steep muddy paths and tracks.
Long section of coast path with unfenced cliff edges and very
exposed to the weather. Plenty of mud and hills.

Millook to Tresmorn Loop
6 miles off road with very steep hills and sections of exposed
coast path and deep wooded valleys.
Roadside parking at Millook tricky if the surf's up!
