Ali Migliorini from Cooksimplycook will be hosting a Nutrition for Sport Workshop

on Tuesday the 21st November @ 6.30pm - 7.30pm - exclusively for RATs Members.

Course Highlights include:

• Importance of Sports Nutrition

• What and how to eat when training

• The Balanced Plate

• What are the main food sources for energy?

• How to create nutrient dense recipes

• Essential Store Cupboard Staples
