    Tuesday 21st November Bude Surf Club Ali Migliorini from Cooksimplycook will be hosting a Nutrition for Sport Workshop on Tuesday the 21st November @ 6.30pm - 7.30pm - exclusively for RATs Members. Course Highlights include: • Importance of Sports Nutrition • What and how to eat when training • The Balanced Plate • What are the main food sources for energy? • How to create nutrient dense recipes • Essential Store Cupboard Staples Please comment below if you would like to Limited spaces available *maximum 25 people.   • Tuesday 18th July, is our social run

    Lead by Colleen and Nigel. Meet at the surf club 6.20pm for a 6.30pm group run. Visiting The Preston Gate, either The Kings or The Tree in Stratton, then back to The Crooklets Inn. Don’t forget money for a drink! Anyone recovering or injured is welcome to join myself and Claire Strong for a walking version, meeting at the surf club slightly earlier at 6.10pm for a 6.15pm walk which will finish back at Crooklets via The Preston Gate.
