Start and finish outside Tommy Jacks Beach Hotel * 8.3 miles of woods, coast and trails * Bag storage and bar available * Medals and Grub and Grog for all finishers * Race limit of 250 * Closing date for online and postal entries is Sunday 1st September or sooner if limit reached * Entries on the day only if race limit not reached * Race 2 in the Cornwall Multi Terrain Series *
